Cody and Beau: a Wild West Story is a whip-smart, electrifying two-hander set in the heart of 1889 Texas. Staged in the round and bursting through the fourth wall, the show draws you into the vibrant world of Cody and Beau’s imaginations, where gunfights erupt and cowboy legends come to life. From inside the four walls of their bedroom, anything seems possible. So when the boys craft an elaborate plan to escape their lives in Texas and live out the outlawing dream, what waits for them in the desert is not what they expected. As the lines between fantasy and reality begin to blur, you are thrust into the unforgiving heart of the American West. What starts as a ride toward freedom becomes a heartfelt exploration of masculinity and friendship, all while confronting the divisions rooted within the darker chapters of America’s history.
